    Responsibilities:
    – To attend and to assist customer’s needs in Body & Paint Insurance Claim and cash repairs as per guideline and requirement.

    – To perform claim applications via Merimen and other related system under the guideline and procedure of Insurance Company and Principal.

    – To attend to all customer inquiries and provide professional advice and solution with customer service orientation.

    – To provide constant update to customer on repairs progress and advice on repairs conducted.

    – To provide advice and guidance to customers in terms of claims.

    – To monitor job’s progress to ensure timely and quality repair of vehicle.

    – To ensure all documentations are submitted accordingly.

    – To ensure vehicle is delivered with quality report standards.

    Requirements:
    – Positive mindset and professional customer service attitude.

    – Basic knowledge and skills in utilizing Microsoft Office Applications.

  • Sales Advisors

    Requirements:
    – Minimum qualification of SPM.

    – Sales experience will be beneficial

    Responsibilities:
    – To perform periodic Maintenance Services & General Repairs as per technical guideline.

    – To carry out vehicle checking and fault diagnosis as per technical guideline.

    – Ensure Service Quality is being carry out.

    – Complete all task assigned by immediate superior with efficiency standards & requirements.

    Requirements:
    – Possess Diploma in Automotive Technical / Engineering.

    – Experience in vehicle maintenance, repairs & diagnosis.

    – Acceptable command of language in spoken & written in English and other dialects would be added advantage.

  • Service Advisor

    Requirements:
    – To attend and assist to customer needs in Maintenance and Repair Services by complying with Service Operation Procedure, standard & requirements.

    – To up-sell and cross sell other value added services/products in driving company profitability.

    – To attend to all customer inquiries and provide professional advice and solution with customer service orientation.

    – To liaise with principal and to perform technical field report for warranty claim purposes.

    Requirements:
    – Possess minimum Diploma in Automotive Engineering or other equivalent.

    – Satisfactory command of language in spoken and written in English and other dialects would be an added advantage.

    – Positive mindset and professional customer service attitude.

    Responsibilities:
    – To carry out office administration work.

    Requirements:
    – Experience in managing automotive service centres with good track records and understanding of the Automotive business core values, criteria and strategies.

    – Good command of language and written English & other local dialects.

    – Must possessed at least Diploma / Degree in Automotive Engineering / Business Management or equivalent.

    – Knowledge & abilility to utilize Mircosoft Applications savvily is mandatory.

    – Basic knowledge and understanding on financial and accounting terminology & management.

    – Experience in common automotive operation & billing system i.e SAP, DMS, Oracle, OWS & etc.

    – Experience in customer service with good communication skills, parts inventory management, warranty procedures, and technical knowledge.

    – Strong and positive mindset with the right attitude in managing the business and people and able to work under pressure.

  • Customer Service Relationship

    Responsibilities:
    – To attend customer calls, making appointment & meet customer enquiries.

    – Responsible in meeting the company’s calls, follow up & service reminder targets & requirements.

    – To attend to customer’s concern & responsible for concerns’ update via CRM.

    Responsible for related monthly reporting to management & principal.

    – To work as a team in retention & capturing lost customers activities.

    Requirements:
    – Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate and above.

    – Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
